The integration of the practice of mindfulness and the sport of golf fuses two skill sets to form the ideal combination for achieving optimal golf performance.
This program is design for your everyday golfer who aspires to learn, improve, and grow mindfulness with the goal of enhancing their golf game as well as their overall well-being.
The Mindfulness-Based Golf Performance program consists of six online training modules which include: six recorded online training sessions, mindfulness instruction, definitions, key concepts, mindfulness-based practice exercises, integrated mindfulness-based golf practice exercises, quizzes, book recommendations, and more.
